Exchange Policy

• We do not offer returns. However, exchanges are available for the same product, subject to availability.
  
  
• If the requested product is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or opt for a coupon code for future purchases.
  
  
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  
  
• All shipping and handling expenses for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.
  
  
• To initiate an exchange, customers must email their reason for exchange to connect@airons.in. Once approved, the product must be shipped manually to the provided address.
  
  
• After we receive the item, a quality check will be conducted. Exchanges will be processed only if the product:
