5. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer returns. Exchanges are available for the same product, subject to availability.

  • If unavailable, customers may choose a different product or claim a coupon code for future use.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • All shipping costs for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.

  • The item must pass our quality check (unused, undamaged, and with tags) for the exchange to be approved.
